Ultra High Voltage Ceramic Power Resistor
TYPE DZ - DIRECT WATER COOLING
Direct water cooling type DZ is based on using type GS reisistors. These units will meet all of the following requirements.

1. High overload of power.
2. High impulse current spike.
3. Compact design vs high power capacity.

Hose Joint Material: Polycarbonate. Stainless steel is also available
NOTES:
1. The resistor is supplied with a hose nipple for a 12mm ID hose as the standard, other sizes available.
2. Use pure water with 1M minimum for cooling.
3. Water pressure is to be 6 kg/cm2 maximum.
4. When mounting, use bolts with 4mm dia. The fastening torque is to be approximately 5 kg-cm.
5. Fasten the hose bands at a torque of 10~15 kg-cm. Excessive torque will result in broken hose couplings.
6. Water is to circulate at a minium flow rate of 5L/min. Always circulate water when resistors are in use.
7. Mount the resistor vertically. Water is to run from the lower to upper ports of the resistor. (even when parallel resistors are connected, let water run from the lower to upper ports of all the resistors.)
8. Use the resistor within the surge voltage range of 1,800 V.
9. The resistor is made of ceramic. Please handle the resistors with care.
